"At each turning-point in human history, a new energy (or combination of energies) has entered our lives and evoked response. In this way, man's evolution has been quickened and new strides have been taken on the long path to perfection. Thus has it always been and thus will it continue until, in the fullness of time, the Plan of the Logos or our planetary scheme is complete.
Today we stand at such a turning-point. Throughout the world, there is a growing sense that events will change the pattern of existence are on their way, moving in which direction no one can be sure: into a future of unending progress and betterment, or towards oblivion. Many are the views put forward in describing that future, but shared by most is the understanding that naught will remain the same; that the world will change utterly, for better or for worse.
The change which will and must take place stems from the inflow of streams of force which cyclically make their presence felt in our world, together with certain energies reaching us for the first time and in great potency. As they impinge on the hearts and minds of men, these energies provoke new attitudes and relationships and galvanize large sections of humanity to action. When their impact reaches a critical point, change is inevitable.
Today, the energies of major note are those which are drawing mankind together, producing, for the first time, a fused synthesis. A mighty Avatar (Avatar of Synthesis) has been invoked from Whose Being flows a powerful stream of blending Will. Behind the Christ He stands, this Mighty One, supporting the Lord of Love in all He does.
From Shamballa flows the Will-to-good, evoking in mankind response to the Plan of God. The Ray of Ritual (the 7th Ray), waxing dailey, slowly imposes its ordered rhytm on our lives.
Thus the Plan proceeds, bringing man finally to the feet of God.

"Yet a backwards glance through history would reveal the steady onward progress of mankind. Each epoch has seen the unfolding of some facet of man's potential; each century the emergence of men and women of genius whose radiance and resource has enriched the lives of all. Through their discoveries, their arts and sciences, these benefactors of the race have led humanity forward, bearing the fruits of the spirit for all to see.
Thus has it been for untold ages, testifying to the efficacy of the Plan. And thus will it continue till all is perfected and a new day begins upon another star.
Cycle after cycle, bringing their gifts of insight and exprerience, wave upon wave of souls have met and overcome the challenge of the time. Never, for long, has mankind faltered, however dark the image that history presents, Never, for long, was man left unattended. Brief, indeed, were the terms bereft of guidance, and even then the light was there for those with eyes to see.
Group Law conditions this manifestation while the Law of Service impels the groups to co-operation with the Plan. Myriads of souls await their call to service, drawn to incarnation by the magnet of their ray.
