THE MIND GOD
- The Plan is the expression of God’s Will for the Earth: the gradual revelation of divine purpose through time.
- Its central aim is the manifestation of love, unity, and right human relations.
- God’s Plan is not imposed mechanically — it unfolds through the free cooperation of humanity, guided by spiritual laws.
THE PLAN OF GOD
1. The Essence of the Plan
- The Spiritual Hierarchy (Masters of Wisdom, headed by the Christ) are the guardians of the Plan.
- They hold the archetype of divine order and seek to impress humanity with ideas that advance evolution.
- The Spiritual Hierarchy is returning openly to the world, led by Maitreya, to help humanity recognize and implement the Plan.
2. The Custodians of the Plan
- The Planetary Logos of Earth is sometimes called the "One in Whom we live and move and have our being."
- He is undergoing a process of initiation and evolution, just as humanity does—though on a scale vastly greater.
- The struggles, crises, and unfoldment of humanity are part of the body-life and consciousness of the Planetary Logos Himself.
- Humanity is a "center" within the body of the Planetary Logos, analogous to a chakra in the human being.
- The evolution of human consciousness is an expression of the unfolding purpose of the Planetary Logos.
- The Hierarchy and Shamballa are expressions of His higher centers.
Relation to Humanity
- Just as a human soul takes initiations, so too the Planetary Logos undergoes initiatory expansions.
- The Earth Logos is portrayed as not yet fully perfected—our world is a "non-sacred planet," still in process of becoming sacred.

- Eventually, through the collective awakening of humanity and other kingdoms, Earth will be transfigured as an expression of divine purpose.
Stages of Development
- Humanity is seen as the key agent for realizing the Plan on Earth.
- The divine intention works out not by miracles, but through human thought, action, and cooperation.
- The task of humanity is to build a world reflecting the divine qualities of sharing, justice, and brotherhood.
3. Humanity's Role
- The New Age (Aquarian Age) is the period in which the Plan can emerge more fully.
- Today is as a time of crisis and opportunity: humanity must choose cooperation over division.
- The immediate goal of the Plan is the establishment of right human relations — the foundation for peace and the externalization of the Kingdom of God on Earth.

- The Plan aims at a planetary synthesis, where spirit and matter are harmonized and humanity expresses its divine nature.
- This means the realization of the One Humanity and the external manifestation of the Kingdom of God:

cooperation among nations.

Humanity, being the “4th Creative Hierarchy,” is directly linked to the Mind of God. Human beings are sometimes called “the thinkers” of the planet, whose function is to express divine intelligence in time and space.
Tthe “Universal Mind” (Mahat) is the source of the “thoughtform of the universe.” The cosmos itself is the great mental creation of the Logos.

- Mediator of Spirit and Matter – The divine Mind links pure spirit (will) with material form, making manifestation possible.
- Field of Revelation – As humanity aligns with the higher mind, it gradually perceives the ideas and purposes held within the Mind of God.
